Introduction of CRISPR/Cas system, as a genetic interference pathway and essential factor in genome evolution
The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats / (CRISPR) associated protein system is an adaptive immune system in bacteria and archaea. This system mimics eukaryotic RNA interference (RNAi) system and can play an important role in gene regulation and immune system. CRISPR interference (CRISPRi) defends the bacteria against invader agents, such as phages and plasmids. As a result, it can provide a genetic interference pathway depending on the integration of a small stretch of invader DNA of the bacterial or archaeal genome, which acts as a heritable genetic memory to defense against viruses or phages.

Anthocyanins and digestive system cancers
The international community suffers from spread digestive system cancers. Hence, our goal was evaluation of anthocyanins efficiency in digestive system cancers improvement. As the result, researchers have declared that anthocyanins have a protective role in digestive system cancers. Also, due to health anthocyanins properties, the useful results were obtained to promote and improve the health of communities. It is suggested that using anthocyanin in the pharmaceutical companies and pay more attention to its effects. Due to anthocyanins in plant crops by proper planning and training in using of plants materials containing these substances, it can be attempt to fight against deadly diseases.

Iranian biopharmaceutical companies: products and services
Biopharmaceuticals are drugs or vaccines, developed via biotechnology process. Biopharming is production of pharmaceuticals in live organisms. Different platforms can be used for biopharmaceuticals production. Prokaryotes, yeast, fungi, insect cells, mammalian cells, transgenic plants, and transgenic animals can be used for production of recombinant proteins.Genentech, the first biotech company, gained FDA approval for recombinant human insulin in 1982. Nowadays, more than 200 approved biopharmaceuticals have been brought to market. The world's top pharmaceutical companies are producing biopharmaceuticals in their own factories. In Iran, there are twenty-three biopharmaceutical companies that produce about twenty-five biopharmaceutical products. Most of them formulate their products using active ingredients of other countries. Pooyesh darou, Cinnagen, Pasteur institute of Iran, Aryogen biopharma, and Aryatinagen produce active ingredients of drugs, and formulate biopharmaceuticals. Iranian biopharma companies will be able to produce more and better biopharmaceuticals in near future.

Anticancer activity of H. lepturus venom and its hemolytic fraction (heminecrolysin)
It is observed that some venom may have an anticancer effect. Hemiscorpius lepturus is a most dangerous scorpion in Iran. Heminecrolysin is the most toxic fraction of Hemiscorpius lepturus venom and it is responsible for hemolytic effects of the venom. In this research, we purified heminecrolysin by FPLC, and HPLC methods and used MTT assay in prostatic cancer cell line (PC-3 cells). We observed that H.lepturus venom and its fraction (heminecrolysin) had anticancer effects on prostatic cancer cell line (PC-3) and inhibited cell growth.

Cytotoxicity, anti-adhesive and anti-angiogenic effects of Caspian Cobra snake (Naja oxiana) venom on human endothelial cells
Snake bite was known as one of the most important public health concerns world wild. Respiratory and cardiac problems and destruction of endothelium system occurs as a result of snake bite. Some proteins and peptides in snake venom have potential for drug discovery studies. According to the important role of cell adhesion and angiogenesis in cancer development, identification of new therapeutics that targets this process seems indispensable. Evaluation of cytotoxicity, anti-adhesive and anti-angiogenic effects of Caspian Cobra snake (Naja oxiana) venom on human endothelial cell was the main aim of current study. Methods: Crude Cobra snake venom was fractionated by fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) using S-200 column. Purity of crude venom and each fraction was monitored by SDS-PAGE. Cytotoxicity of Caspian Cobra snake (Naja oxiana) crude venom and fractions on human endothelial cells was evaluated by MTT assay Adhesion and tube formation assay was performed to evaluate anti-adhesive and anti-angiogenic activities of snake venom. Results of FPLC revealed eight individual fractions. Cobra crude venom and fractions showed dose-dependent cytotoxic effect on human endothelial cell. Fraction 6 (IC50=5.7 μg/ml) and fraction 7 (IC50=5 μg/ml) showed higher cytotoxic effects on human endothelial cells. Therefore, further assays carried out with fraction 6 (F6) and 7 (F7) and results showed that both of fractions inhibited in vitro adhesion and tube formation of human endothelial cellsResults evaluated cytotoxicity, anti-adhesive and anti-angiogenic effects of Caspian Cobra snake (Naja oxiana) venom on human endothelial cell and represents promising tool for drug discovery and development.

Synthesis, characterization and antibacterial activity of Co (Ⅱ), Ni (Ⅱ) , Mn (Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) complexes with 2-amino-7,7-dimethyl-5-oxo-4-chlorobenzen 5,6,7,8-tetra hydro-4H-chromene-3-carbonitrile
A novel series of complexes of the type [M (C18H17N2O2Cl)2], where M= Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ) and C18H17N2O2Cl correspond to the bidentate ligands, were synthesized, and characterized by UV-Vis, FTIR, and Mass spectroscopies. The bidentate ligand was synthesized in a typical one-pot, three-component condensation of malononitrile, 4-chlorobenzaldehyde, and dimedone in the present of alum as catalyst. The synthesized ligand and its metal complexes were screened for in vitro antibacterial activity against Gram-negative (Escherichia coli) and Gram-positive (Staphylococcus aurous) bacterial strains. The most antibacterial activity of the synthesized compounds belongs to cobalt and copper complexes. The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) against E.Coli and S.aureus were 16 and 32 μg/ml, respectively. The results of these studies showed that the metal complexes have more antibacterial activities as compared with the non-complexes ligand.

Plants rights foundation from Islamic perspective
Certain principles from the Holy Quran can enable scientists to follow human ethics about medicinal plants. In this research, we used references such as the Noble Quran, "Al-Mizan and Nemone" interpretations and Islamic jurisprudence books such as Wasayel-al-Shia. Some Quranic verses include definitions like" the source of admonition, happiness and rejoicing" furthermore, one of the important goals is to consider the wisdom of God. Empirical experiments indicated that plants also possess a high level of understanding of their condition. In the Quran, the plants such as Punica granatum L ،Zingiber officinale L، Vitis vinifera L and Phoenix dactylifera L, which are used in traditional medicine, are important. From the perspective of Islamic philosophy, plants are capable to benefit people in various ways, by perception, consciousness and emotions and Islamic law does not allow humans to destroy plants.
