The Ketoconazole and the resulting ketoconazole nanosuspention were characterized by Fourier-Transform InfraRed spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. The Atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis indicated the formation of homogenous and spherical nanosuspention with the final average particle size of around 113.7 nm. Finally the solubility test has shown that ketoconazole nanosuspention solubility has increased.
