Peripheral blood mononuclear cells of 6 (Cytomegalovirus) HCMV positive volunteers were harvested, then the pure population of lymphocytes were isolated. HCMV-Specific T Cells were expanded in 4 groups consisting of IL-2, IL-15 and anti-CD3/CD28 microbeads.
